thanks for the links.
but no, no one ever made those tails for the sunfire. its also possible that the car was one of them that went to the junk yard schrams and was parted out.
i havent seen any of those parts ever surface....which makes me think Schram doesnt have it.....but they could have it tucked away, look how long it took the technic engine to come out of there.

At 2,200 pounds, Dominick's Pontiac is a featherweight. He lightened the car by removing pieces of the trunk and replacing them with aluminum. The front suspension was also removed and replaced with lighter, fabricated chrome-moly materials, and the stock seats were replaced with some superlight Sparco race buckets.
I sincerely doubt that much weight can be lost from putting some aluminum pieces on and the front suspension... you're talking 300lbs in weight reduction. I could see 100lbs off the front end with fab'd up suspension parts (if thats even true), but a further 200lbs off the rear? give me a break.. this article is an insult.
no (RELEVANT) pictures of the car, no dynographs, no track times... sounds like a load of BS to me.
Nice to see no mention of an Ecotec being used.

^^^^^ i was thinking that was the car that there was a big
outcall on.
another thing that could have been attributed to weight could be a fluidless car perhaps.. . i dunno, I just thought i'd share it with people
had a blown ecotec swapped 2000 cavy, now just an 02 Grand Am, and a 74 BMW 2002...

i think the owner of that BS car should run it oil-less for a while, then see how many horses it puts down.....and people always wonder why they get made fun of for driving a J.
2.6L LD9 ??? normally id be proud.....but for some reason i feel insulted
It is claimed that Dom's fire never even reached 600.
I kinda believe this claim.
