The car is a 02 sunfire 2.2L.... everything stock.. The security light is blinking on the dash, Car turns over starts and dies right away. It's throwing a b2958 code. Any help would be much appricated!!!!!!!

Exactly. Have you changed anything recently? Start the car let it die and leave the key in the on position and let it sit for about 30 minutes. The light should go off. Then turn the key off and start it up again, should be good to go. If not you have a problem.
FU Tuning
you have to do what john said at least 3 times. if after 4 tims ist doesnt start, remove the pos pattery terminal for 15 min and try it again. do a search for passlock in here and you should get the exact procedure to relearn it.
