Well I finished my z24 swap and now the cooling fan will not turn on, and i have not internal HVAC controls. The AC and Def light up but the blower does not even turn on. Are the cooling fan and blower motor connected somewhere, like I may have missed a connection??? Everything else runs flawlessly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they go into the under hood fuse box. the blower is a large purple, I dont remember what color the fan is, just flip over the fuse box and look under the relay for the fan wire color. maybe check the fuses too.

Are the Grounds connected? They,at least, are common.

I found the ground, and reconnected it. Internal hvac controls work, A/C won't engage but I dont know if it will without any refridgeration in the system. The fan motor was bad, so I replaced it. But it still does not turn on, even when unplugging the ECT sensor.
I dropped it off @ my mech wednesday, I thought I'd know what's going on by now, but eh who knows what they're doing????

A/C compressor won't run with low pressure in the system. You have to jump the relay to force it to turn on, which you would do in order to use one of those recharge kits.

For your cooling fan. I think it would be worthwhile to check the fuse and the relay.
