it took like 4 days to get here from japan! The airbag was included, so i will have a spare on hand, maybe i will list the chevy one on ebay.
it turned out to be in way better shape than i expected.
i am gonna put it in tomorrow, i am gonna do a before and after pictures too. I Love new parts

Currently Driving: RSX Type-S.
My Cavalier Burnt up :-(
it is a factory steering wheel, cost me 110 shipped, so it should bolt right in being it was from the same year toyota cavalier as my car is
got it put in, the tooyota air bag must be either from a different year or the jap one is just plain different, i will post a photo of it , my car is a 98 and the air bags are different on the back. dont scold me for the nasty carpet, it is getting replaced this spring so i have been letting it go for now
before
after
toyota air bag
if anyone has a use for the toyota bag i will consider selling it
ive seen a handful of ppl using the toyo bags.....so im pretty sure there is a way to do it.
but regardless, the toyo wheel looks much nicer than the chevy one. those things break down so badly....
coming back in 2008...
subtle... but looks awesome!
wow that looks very nice
. where do you guys order these toyota cavalier parts from ??
Ebay and if you have lots of cash some can be had from GM Parts department
Leather looks so much better than the crumbly crap on the other steering wheels. I picked up a leather Grand Am steering wheel for my Sunfire. Can't wait to install it.
mine came stock with a leather wheel, as do many. its the same wheel produced here, not a "toyo" specific part
hop on in i've got a J
