i searched the classifieds here, ebay and the local bone yard, i need the cable that opens the trunk from the inside, on my 98 2 door RS. can i get one from gm, or maybe i can get lucky and find one here?

thanks i will give that one a try, i dont know what the last owner did bit the cable is all mangled up right about where the cable mounts to the trunk hinge
I did something once where I couldnt get the trunk to close. Then I slammed it shut and couldn't open it. Might be something like that where they kept pulling til they broke the cable. I ended up having to go in through the trunk and mess with the release. (couldnt even open it with a key)
