i used the test light method that was posted in my question titled "repost"
anyway it led me to the int light fuse, when i tested between the positive battery cable dicontected and the positve teminal, i would get a buzz from under the dash, the culprit was the previously named fuse.

so is the a contol module for the interior that may be bad, it seems to be all cleared up with the fuse removed.

i guess the one way to know if i got it figured is let her sit over night and check the battery voltage.
so i will update when ever it is i get home from work.
