Would there be any problems or could i just swap it in? The reason i ask is there is a tech at my work with a built 95-99 LD9 and i would like to swap it into my car. Just want to know if i could just swap it in and go or not. Thanks in advance for helping!!!!

If it's a 95, it's not an LD9... that would be an LD2 Quad 4, aka 2.3L.. if it's a 96-98 it's slightly different than the 99-02 LD9... but close enough to work. Swap over your manifolds and so on, and tap the block for the larger knock sensor bolt.
If it's a 99, it's the same as your 02.
