Dump it in a large body of water, such as an ocean or one of the great lakes...Just make sure you retain the intake cam tower first.

Then swap in a 90-92 HO 2.3L motor.

kidding about the dumping in a lake part...I have a little more regard for my environment than that.

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.

i would suggest the same but you have any automatic so its not gonna be so easy..cheapest and easiest is to find another one..depending on why it needs rebuilt...

Ok well now my problem is no one around here is willing to rebuid it. So I will have to get another motor put in it. You said put a 90-92 HO 2.3L motor in it, but what is that? What does HO stand for? Also what all will I have to change out to make this work? I myself know nothing about motors, I am a body and paint person not a engine guy. Will I have to replace trans, or any of that. A new 2.3 from like Auto Zone is like $2300 plus tax

hahahahha
stay away from that...i just saw a rebuilt HO quad go for about 500 bucks on ebay..oh and by the way HO means High Output....the HO quads 1989-94 made 180 -190hp (depending on year and version) so they are engines of choice if you already have a quad cus its such an easy swap...but they only came with manual transmissions...so to mate one to your automatic is POSSIBLE but not as easy..the biggest issue i believe is your engine has a cam position sensor and the older stronger quads done have one

prove that it's an older quad4...Mine looks like it's completely stock. Only way to tell is to go hunting for casting numbers.

Me thinks when you step on the gas that would be the hint. I know my 90 GTZ had more get up and go. At 61,000 miles I have had no problems with my lo po 2.3 . I think it will have no problem surviving til the Camaro is out in showrooms. If I have enough money saved it will be goodbye 95 Cavalier and 98 Bonneville.
