Will a 99 sunfire gt dash with tach and digital odometer work on a 95 cav with 2.2 and no tach, analog odometer?
I wanna swap the whole interior entirely and have a 99 sunfire gt interior (charcoal)

I would look for a 95 sunfire instrument cluster to replace the cavi unit, same electronics- may have to repin a few wires at the i/c. then install the interior.
nope, 95's not class 2 serial.
If it helps at all a fire cluster will fit in a cav, you just gotta get the right year. Im pretty sure 95-98 are the years that will work in there.

Actually it shows the mileage of the old car. If it was a 2k+ cluster, it wouldn't work at all (not just the odo, but all of it). From 95-99, digital or not, the mileage was stored in the cluster.
