Problems With 2000 Cav Z24, Sometimes No Start, Pump Signal?

I have a problem with a car I sold, it was a 2000 Z24 Convertible with 2.4 and an auto. The car is now starting some times and not other times. I have replaced the coil packs and now am testing the pump. The pump is not always getting power sent to it, does this mean the computer is bad? Not sure what to do next.

Not a clue but could it be the ignition is bad?

When you turn the car to on the pump only turns on for a couple seconds. Then if it doesn't sense a crank signal the fuel pump turns off.

I would check the wiring to the fuel pump. The fuel pump connector at the body went bad on me, stalling out the car a few times. I had to diagnose it because the dealer couldn't figure it out.

Seems like a simple fix... but check the fuses for corrosion. My 'verts both crapped out various fuses due to moisture corroding the fuse terminals..

Ended up being the comp, I bit the bullet and bought now, problems are gone. How long is a 2.4 2K auto tranny good for? got 122K on it and engine has 72K.
