Hey everyone. I am lookin the thread pitches and bolt length for the following bolts for a 96 z24

Alternator
Starter

I think that might be a little technical and a pain to answer since The only way I know to find out is to unbolt my starter and alternator measure the bolts with a metric thread guage and ruler. and reinstall my parts. thats alot of unnecessary work when i can pick up the phone and order them from a dealer. Besides I dont have a 2.4, Or I would consider helpin you out. The dealer is the only way your going to get the right bolts. Plus Im not totally sure there are going to be any two replies with the same correct info, then where will you be. Im not trying to be mean to you Im just trying to be honest because I hate the run arounds, and the I wish I , I could of , and I should of's. When I do some thing I want the parts now and them to be right, not too much to ask I dont think.

no no, its fine. i get where you're coming from. i was just posting it to do a quick check. i just went to work and went on gmdealerworld, but ended up calling chevy up for the sizes.

yep yep its been running for the past couple days now. she's a fun lil car. gotta do the head gasket on it though! lol, just my luck, get it running, only to have to tear it apart again! but oh well, hg's are no biggie. just a p-i-t-a!!!
