to get an answer to my question i'll rephrase it in the form of a question so that it doesnt look like a want ad...
Does GM release an OEM Lip kit separate from the OEM bumpers or are they one piece?...
im am refering to a Phase II Z24...
my Z didnt come with a Lip... but ive seen others with an OEM lip..
now ... *very sarcastically* hoping this doesnt become a want ad... i'll still ask... does anyone have the GM Part Numbers of a front and rear lip.
the 02 Z24 has lips.
but yeah, I think 02 was the only year for them. they were only produced for half of the year, and then went to the LS Sport when the Ecotec motor came out. I'm not sure about Canadian Cavs though.

02 Z24's did have the lips... and 03+ they are still z24's here...

Just go to the dealer ship. It's around 200$ canadian. If the parts guy is not dumb, he'll find it easily. I ask the dealership here and he got it in less than a minute.

2002 z24's have a lip kit....i should know, there is one in my garage.
mid 2002, the eco came out and chevy ditched the "Z24" for the "LS Sport." same exact car appearance wise, different engine. so the 2002 LS Sports have the same lip kit. in 2003, front and rear bumpers changed...the 2003 LS Sport lip kit won't work on your car. the side skirts, however, will work.

Up here there's no Ls sport. Ls is just a base model with the 2.4 engine. They kept the Z24 badge.

so i wanna order 02 Z24/LS Sport lip kit... and both are interchangeable, and will bolt right up to my bumpers... right?
interesting how GM provides side skirts but no lip on 00 and 01 Zs

GM parts direct comes up with these three under bumper extention...
the first one is the front, and the other 2 are both the back... what is the difference between 12335571 and 12335572 ... and are these P/N entire assemblys or just the lip?

the rear lip is two piece. driver side and a passenger side. there's basically a gap for the exhaust tip.
