Now a Muffler Question
Sunday, February 05, 2006 11:02 PM
Im eventually going to redo the rest of my exhaust (so far im just doing header and high flow cat) and im looking for a muffler, however i drive 60 miles one way to work every day, and dont want something that resonates to much inside my car... that would get annoying...

but at the same time i love that sound, for when im playing around and not driving on the highway.

what muffler do you recommend i get, i have seen some with silencers, does anyone know what i can get that will be kinda loud but with a silencer that i can put in that will keep me sane on the way to work?

thanks, help is appreciated

My magnaflow hangs down low, I was told I needed to have it welded up, I should be doing that this weekend, I'll let ya know.

Same here. It's come in handy a few times.

if you want a nice sound but not real loud i would go with borla. magnaflows tend to have good performance gains but are a little high pitched. unless you do it right.
