My girlfriend has a 1996 vert and it does not have cruise control in it, I was wondering if I could put a stock cruise control in it. I would assume I would need the cruise unit, cables and lastly the steering column switches. Is that it? I have the cruise unit and the cables just need the switches, cheap at a junk yard. Is there more to it than this?

Yup... just get it from a similarly-equipped car... ie 2.2L, get it from a 2.2L... 2.4L, get it from a 2.4L...
