I know that my car is a factory green, but I don't think I have ever seen another cavalier with the same color. It may sound dumb, but it seems to me like my car is a darker green than any other green cavalier I have seen. Does anyone know anything about this? By the way its a 2002.
I don't know if I was actually looking for an exact number, just more of a general question. I just don't seem to see many with the color.
I like that color! What is the actual name of that green?

This is my buddie's cavalier...
Looks close to the same to me...
Hi
That looks the same to me too. Does anyone know the factory name? I just don't understand why there aren't more with this color. I see tons of red, yellow, silver, and black cars, but every green cavalier/sunfire I see seems to be that tealish color.
Ive never seen one your color. I like it though, alot.
Neither have I. That picture is the only other one I have ever seen. And thanks, I like it too.
i had my 96 z painted a darker more metalic green. i think it is off a mid 90's bmw.
mine sorta looks like the one pictured. i like that color.
i have seen that color around on cavs though here and there.
Ultra mettalic green ?
My Cav

thats one of my favorite colors for the j's was only made for 3 year tho same as indigo blue 00-02
i believe it's called "Dark Colorado Green Metallic", at least it was in Canada. And up here it was only 2000 and 2001 model years, it was deleted for the 2002 model year.
I've seen a few... though not too many. I've never seen a convertible in that colour, tho according to the sales brochures it WAS available... tho only with the medium grey interior.
Nice colour tho.. I'd hump it

only made for 2yrs! wow thats pretty cool. do you have alot of sales brochers? or those dealer poster/pictures they hang on the walls?
That's strange about the 00-01. I know that mines a 2002, but then again... I'm not in canada.
Hard to tell in this pic, but I'm the same as well. I have gotten some awesome compliments on the color. Most people think its an aftermarket color and are shocked when I tell them it was stock.
^^sorry, used the wrong pic, here's a bigger one.
2004 Sunfire GT Polo Green I love this color same thing very few with it as far as I know.
Thats Him Officer The WICKED One.
I grabbed one of each of the years of J-body brochures as they came available in the dealership. I also have a US 2004 brochure.. it shows a "Dark Green Metallic" that is likely the same colour... or if not, it's damn close.
Out of curiousity... what's the WA paint code on your spare tire cover?
I knew someone was going to want a paint code... It's under my large sub box and is hard to get to. If I get time then I'll check it out for you. I do as well... love the color and seemingly rareness of it.
More for comparison's sake. I can find a couple of cars in the yards here and read them... see if the codes actually are the same as the 04-05 green.
For my Sunfire the code is WA 9539 GM #12345775 codes 45 47 med green pearl.

I have an 04 and it's the same green you have. I call it C4 Green, like a corvette C4.

I'll get my code posted sometime tomorrow. I also have a bottle of touch up paint from the factory that I will look at.
