What all do I need to swap out 95-99 headlights for 00-02 headlights?
I don't know much about those two models years but the little I do know. I would think not that much. You may need to change the front bumper cover becuase I think the 95-99 headlights are smaller than the 00-02 headlights. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

you'll need the headlights and corners(obviously), an 00-02 front bumper, and harness; for the lights, since you are going from a 2 bulb setup to a 1 bulb setup
i wouldnt suggest clipping the original harness' to make it work. it can be done, but is a PITA. my 99 was clipped like that, and i have troubles with it every damn day

you also need the fenders from the '00-'02
no you dont need the fenders, you just need the bracket for the 00-02. the 95-99 fenders have the bracket built on to the fender, just cut it off and put on the new one
I got a conversion for sale. Headlights corners socket and some wire left on the socket for the splice job. I also have the brackets for it.

I think you have it wrong, oh so wrong. This does not get covered like 45 times in the past 3 months. It was only 44 times. God you over exagerate so much.

I don't think you have to change the wiring on a sunfire to do this conversion. You have one bulb and so does the conversion. You can just use the wiring you have right now I believe.
2 bulb system has 4 wires to each headlight assembly
1 bulb system has 3 wires to each headlight assembly
When going from 2 bulb to 1 bulb(or 95-99 to 2000+) you cap off 1 wire, forgot which one though.
