trying to find inexpensive ways to beef up the 98 cavy 2.2 motor i'd love to swap to z24 or better but lack of knowledge greatly increases the cost. dont know if i can install the ecotec motor in my 98 or not without having to relocate motor mounts. i understand the intake and exhaust are on different sides of the motor on this one and if i could get everything to bolt up it would be wonderful. also i am trying to find a build book for my engine. i picked one up for the ecotec at nopi and ever since then i have been searching...lol...well i am gonna stop with these questions because i could go on forever learning on what i can do to my car...thanks guys

well to beef up your car it most likely wont be inexpensive. The only things ive dont to my 98 2200 are header, high-flow cat, muffler, 2.25 piping. But theres a pretty good amount of mods out there for this engine, but nothing thats gonna be cheap and give you a big gain.
