I want to know what what size exhuast system I should use on my 3400 turbo setup like a 2.5 or 3in setup and yes this is going to be dual exhuast setup?

good lord. how far are you into this swap? get the engine in first, as you'll need to check for possible fitment issues...Not to mention running a dual exhaust setup on a turbo engine would require
2 turbos...are you going to have room for both of those?
