suspension/coilover guys, any help or ideas?

So I finally recieved the coilovers from Gravanatuning.com, and got them installed today.
I have the front setup like this (best explanation I can give)
The shock tube is set apr. 1.5 inches in/up from the bottom of the lower mount, and the spring perchs rise from the top of the lower mount to about 4.5 inches up.
Gives me apr 2 inches of wheel gap, and front sits apr 10 inches off the ground

Rear:
from top mount to top of the bottom mount - 13 3/4 inches
from top mount to top of spring perch - 9 inches
space between top of bottom mount, and spring perch - 4 3/4 inches
This results in the rear being a bit lower than the front, which I can fix....

Shock damping: I think I have it a 2 clicks from soft on front , 6 from soft in rear.

Now- all of that background to ask: How might I set this up better to improve ride quality?
If the springs are too compressed, will the ride be bouncy like it is now?

You can't change the spring compression. They will be compressed to the same amount no matter what, because it's determined by the weight of the car, which isn't going to change easily. As for bouniness, you can dial up the struts to curb that.

So what do you think about them? I'm sure they're great

umm seems like to me all you need to do is raise the rear up if its too low. all you have to do is jack the rear up, and spin the piece of the sleeve up to raise it. then lower the car back down and you'll be good. the reason your car is bouncy is probably because you have the settings set to soft. make them stiffer and it wont bounce as much

baggedcav -- the height of the rear is a non issue, I can change that easily... the ride height is what is getting me.

CTS-- good point of the compression of the springs - I guess I wasn't meaning compression, as much as I was meaning how high or low they sit on the shock column

Rick... I haven't had them long enough to give a far eval... but it has been quite an experience testing and playing with them.... I sit very low on them right now, so that could be a problem with ride quality, but I am not thoroughly impressed yet with ride quality.

For anyone not following the GP about these... I am converting back to stock for now, at least until next spring. This allows me to make sure my one of my front mounts isn't blown (it acts loose or blown right now) and allows me time to cool off, and figure things out with these suckers

If you're looking for a smoothe gentle ride, you're barking up the wrong tree. Coil-overs will always give a harsh feel of the road ride. They should handle awsome, but gentleness suffers.

Yes, I understand that coilovers are not gentle, but this is beyond not gentle...
I had an alignment guy ask if I had cut the springs on stock shocks/struts.

good news is, strut mounts aren't blown... bad news... I am back to stock, and waiting till spring

Was on #19of 19 in terms of stiffness, still bouncy as heck.

From what I am seeing on the GP forum, sounds like spring preload is the issue, I just have to wait 'till I get more time to put 'em back on and play..... dang snow, and cold weather....
