Coil-overs are just that, they do not come with the strut/shock correct? or do they?

Coil-overs are pretty much springs with adjustablity. In most cases they don't come with struts/shocks with them. You might find a certain package with them but doubt it unless you are looking that RK Sport Pro-Streets. Check with the company/person you buy it from to find out for sure.

Dont forget the TEiN basic coilover set , not to bad on price and comes with EVERYTHING .

If they dont come with them , then you use the stock ones.
