New Rotors/pads break in period...?
Friday, September 09, 2005 6:53 PM
I just recieved my new set of Brembo slotted rotors and ordered ProACT pads for them (ceramic). My question (since every company seems to have a different set of instructions) is how should I do the break in? The rotors didn't come with a def of break-in directions, yet I've read about 60-20 slow down rules, easy driving rules, etc. I know the easy driving for awhile makes common sense. But so does the 60 to 20 directions. Any advice or help would be much appreciated!
