Drop Zone = Worthless/ Stay Away.

The only package worth getting would be the = Koni Sport package.
If your looking for good quality coils with not a huge pricetag = Teins.

Otherwise , i would consider AGXs with the Pro-kit or get some GR2s and re-use the stock springs.

Hey Brandon. Seeing that you have a body kit and want to lower your ride, it's even more critical that you have a good suspension setup to keep from damaging your body kit.

Dropzones are defenitley not good. You can read these if you want:

http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=3&i=92074&t=92074#92074

It could go on forever...

You could do what Jersey Kid said and invest in a Koni package or there are other options as far as Eibach Springs w/AGXs or Koni Struts or you could even check out RK Sport's coilover/strut package.

Here are some parts and prices (located at Carcustoms.net)

Eibach Pro Kit Springs - $225
Eibach Sportline Springs - $225
Koni Yellow Strut/Shock Package - $575
RK Sport Pro-Street Coilover Kit - $1,199

You can also check out some more parts at:

www.gravanatuning.com
www.modified-motorsports.com
www.ebay.com

There are other places just can't think of them right now.

If you have anymore questions, just ask.

haha.. i dont know but i dont wanna spend an arm and a leg.. maybe like 400 max.. maybe some GR2's and some coils.. i think i need coils because it says on like all springs i get that it drops 1.8'' in the front and i think thats too much with my drift front it would damn bear be on the ground so i def. need coils for like a 1'' drop in front and even it out in the back

You will blow those GR2 within a few months. You haven't read the FAQ yet, go read it now.

If you're going to lower your car with those springs, get Koni. There is no other option.

If you stay <1.5" drop you could go with AGX or D-Specs.

Any way you look at it, there is basically no way to lower you car for $400 and have it last. (Unless you get stuff second hand, but new stuff will cost more than $400).

A couple things...

You don't want to spend alot of money...fine that's understandable but you're going to spend a good amount of money on a PROPER setup. Let me ask you this, would rather spend $400 on coilovers and struts/shocks and have a bunch of problems, scrape your body kit all the time, have lots of noise and an uncomfortable ride OR spend $800 on a quality setup that will be comfortable, keep your body kit safe and have no problems? You see my point? This goes with anything...if you're going to do something, do it right the first time.

Now as far as all springs being 1.8" drop...no that is not correct. Depending on what springs you look at and how they are designed, they will give you a certain drop and also a certain drop in the front and rear may be different. Example on both: Eibach pro-kit is 1.4" drop in front & rear, Sportlines are 1.7" drop in the front and 2.3" drop in the rear (comes out to an even drop).

I would suggest straight springs over coilovers (unless you get RK Sport's Pro-Street kit) because of the spring rates being better. There are really no other companies that make really good coilover setups and some companies don't even make them that fit our cars properly (hence dropzone).

This is advice coming from someone who has done exactly what you want to do and also has a body kit on and knows the importance of a good suspension. Use good judgement and take some good advice brother...I'd hate for you to mess up that nice ride of yours.

nah.... i'm to the point where i'm starting to let "the less than common logical" take care of itself.

anyone on this forum or anywhere in life thats too dull to read a "cheat sheet" of info AKA an FAQ.... regarding the question they just asked, kinda deserve the outcome...

luckily thats not the case here.....as of yet. but overall.

kyb gr2 and progress springs 1.2 inch lowering...

under 400$... and like i said on your other post, if you spent all that money into all the stuff you have interior and exterior, suspension isnt a place to be cheap.

NJHK wrote:comes out to an even drop

He means the body of the car will be even. Our cars have positive rake, meaning they are high in the back than the front. They were designed this way for performace reasons. Leveling it out will reduce perforamce. But so will dropping the car that far.

Please answer these questions for us, and we can help you alot more:
The Almighty FAQ wrote:
-How low do you want to be from stock? The lower you go the harsher the ride.
-How soft or stiff do you want ride quality?
-How much do you want to pay?

-How quick do you want to be able to adjust it? Or are you into adjusting at all?
-How critical are you when it comes to being COMPLETELY EVEN?
-How are the roads in your area?

suspension is not cheap. if you want coils then i suggest konis. kybs are usually only good for 1.5" drop. a decent setup is gonna run you from 500-900.

a nice solution will be getting agx from ebay that are $340 + 24 ship = $364
then a set of used lowering springs like H&R will be good for this set up.......

or try this:
