ive noticed a little squeak or chirp if you would like when im below 25 and not on the accelerator....i was thinking maybe a wheel bearing...anyone have any ideas?
wheel bearing = humming noise
Does it do it once, or repeatedly, like something is slapping? Where is it coming from?
Jam a chunk of paper (or whatever you can find) behind your hub cap. See if it still makes the sound. If that fixes it, you can either do a more permanent ghetto rigging; try to fix whatever's up with your current cap; or get a new one.
