How low can my ride be lowered on stock struts so that my stock struts don't blow?
look at the sticky at the top. Lowering on stock struts isnt a good idea. There really isnt any way to lower on them without them blowing

stock ones are not made for lowering. save yourself headaches, money, and trouble and do it right the first time and get the right aftermarket strut
