hi people,

i need to change my front struts. so i am going to lower it with the eibach pro-kit and kyb agx struts. can somebody give me a checklist of what i will need before i start. the car is a 2000 cavalier z24. i am also going to be doing the ball joints at the same time

checklist:
- front/rear struts
- springs
- spring compressor

what am i missing people?

probly want to replce the strut mounts at the same time, if you're spending the cash for the springs & struts might as well replace the mounts aswell they're relatively cheap considering the cost of springs & struts and will save a lot of hastle once you get started.i know my rears were done when i lowered mine the first time save yourself the problem of finding out once your car in taken apart

other than that you need what you have listed, and some time and patience

Yeah, Samsfire is right. You'll probably want to put new mounts in, unless you have low miles on your car, and are confident the stock are still good.

A torch is useful in getting those strut-to-knuckle bolts out.
Also need a whole slew of wrenches of various sizes, I assume you have a good set or you wouldn't even be thinking about doing this.
Sounds like you've been reading up on this, you should be fine.

Definitely need a lot of time and patience. A friend is also very helpful.
