i lowered my car the other day and i was driving over a bridge and as i went off it drops and i bottomed out really bad and when i got home i noticed that it looked like my hood was popped but it was just the strut top pushin up on the hood. when i hit the drop i think it pushed the strut up so hard it broke the cap...any ideas.

so are the bump stops in there? it doesn't sound like it. how low are you and on what? springs? struts? how old are the mounts?
My 03 didn't have bump stops in the front, just the rear
It did when it was new. I can assure you of that.
they are there in the boot on the front I can garantee that they are there. They were there when I did my 01 friday and it's the same strut setup
