goods: Lay low, easy adjustment for height. fun to play with, car looks hawt

bads: air leaks, blowing line, blowing a compressor, valves sticking, switches breaking

I am sure many more people can add to this or argue with some things I said. But things could happen even though they never happend to you before.

it will ride rough until you get your dampening settings right and the psi in the bags right. I believe everyone rides 40-45 in the front and 55-60 in the back. For dempening its your own taste but I think 3-4 clicks clockwise is good. You will more than likely have to roll yor fenders. Its not hard at all. There are many different ways people have done it

UP'S:

- a lot of fun
- gets attention like nothing else
- ride height adjustable
- cool pfffffftt sounds
- air horn compatibility
- dragging
- car looks hot
- very different from what most people have or have seen
- hittin' switches
- girls bouncing in your car

Down's:

- costly
- problems if not done correctly
- failure of parts etc (if you buy cheap equipment)
- if your strut fails, not too many tow trucks can lift the car w/out damage
- Some regular shops will refuse to work on your car because of this suspension
- lines ran on outside will not allow some shops to lift your car
- you will scrape your stock bumper depending on ride hieght
- you may crush your kit
- you can shred your tires if u dont roll fenders
- you may scrape your exhaust / other parts on the ground
- winter can be a hassle - risk of valves freezing

i only had a problem with one fitting since i had mine on. ive had my kit for about a year now and its great. everyone says dont put it on a dd. my car is a dd and i drive it about 70 miles everyday and i never had a problem. my car rides smooth and its great. as for the fenders, it depends on your wheels. the offset, tire size and rim size.

My stock 205/55/16 Goodyears at the rear were starting to shred from the edges last year... I know the rears need to be rolled. Unless you get less bulging tires than the RSA's.

Mine is on a dd... .

i only had a small problem w/ my rears on my old tires which were 215/45/17. the lip would just barely touch the one tire. now w/ my new tires, i cant even tuck in the front. its pointless to lower the car up front since the tire wont clear.

he's talking about cars that come stock with airbags, like cadilacs and lincolns.... If you lift those without disabling the airbags first, when you set it back down the bags will blow.... I used to work at a tire shop, and we always had to disable them in the trunk.... I saw one person forget to when he lifted a lincoln, and when he set it down, it sat on the frame.

This is my Sig.... its wonderful isn't it...

Well, I know easystreet recommends that you release the air pressure from the bags when you are lifting the car.

ill b e the first to tell you that you dont have to tho, it may be recomended and all and is prob a good idea, but dont worry yourself over it i have lifted mine many times with air in the struts and had no probs, of course if you can then you might as well do it for precaution, hope this helps later
