would simple $20 brake pads work with slotted rotors?

So your willing to spend lots of money on slotted rotors, but when it comes to pads, the most important part of your brakes, your going to cheap out? The cheap pads will work fine, but your logic seems kinda faulty to me.
Pat(stopitbrakes) has a GP going on right now. Tell him you need a good set of pads. They will probably run you about 30-40 and they won't let you down.
they will work, but i think they will wear out faster.
i have the Ti22 pads from Highrev. i think they are good
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!

No they won't. If you want cheap but effective pads, go with Axxis.
