Hello,
I was told last year my lower control arm bushings would need to be replaced but got it through 2015.
So decided the best way would be to replace both lower control arms and then have one alignment taking
of every thing at once. Since past experience shows rusted / broken bolts are most likely the order of the
day I go to friendly GM dealer to find NLA. Any suggestions size or place to look for the lower control arm
bolts?

have you actually looked at your to see? mine were fine when I got under there.

I was able to order the horizontal control arm bolt for my sunfire. The vertical one is no longer available, discontinued. The number was 22583411, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I'd like to use newish bolts. Following some advice in this thread, it may be possible to just find a 10.9 class bolt, 12mm x 1.75mm, but i'm not sure if that's right or not. I'm in the process of replacing mine as well, and will try to find a certain answer over the next week or so.
