No idea what this was until I searched it but I can get some prothane bushings minus the shells. Do I need new shells or no? I honestly just figured it was as easy as popping old bushings out and then popping New ones in with the bushing tool.
If I'm understanding your question correctly, the poly control arm bushings do not use outer metal sleeves. Make sure when you press the old bushings out, you also remove the old bushing's outer sleeve before installing the new poly bushing.
