2002 Cavalier Z24 when ever i turn and drive normally, the right front of the car clicks and bangs about and when i hit speeds of 70 plus the wheel shakes and it veers all over the road. I'm thinking its the bushings but i want a few other opinions before i commit. I installed new struts about 300 miles ago and that made the issue worse also i have new tires that are correctly balanced and a proper alignment.
Bushings you should be able to check without buying them. Could be a bad axles, or a diff issue.

lift that corner of the car and grab the wheel... see if it has any play either horizontally or vertically. While you have it in the air, visually inspect the bushings. If they are bad, you should be able to see wear (usually in the form of tearing)
