Custom TIERODS!?

looking for someone to make tie rods with out the rubber boots.. I remember there was someone selling them at some point named mark out of florida.. well im looking to buy these as well as some sort of ball joint for the 2004 cavalier..

I think this was OEM , not sure how much they do with our platform anymore....

I believe spencer with the white sunfire vert had issues when he ran them flipped. (Which was supposed to help with bumpsteer)

yeah i have Mark @ oems heim tie rods. i had them flips like recommended on the bottom and it caused stupid amounts of jerlyness over rough spots. i about lost it over some bridge joints. might have been because im really low however. i installed them in the normal position and its fixed everything, including most bump steer.

I've mentioned this in other discussions, but the idea of flipping the tie rods on the factory spindles doesn't solve anything, because it goes too far in the other direction, and does not keep the steering arm parallel with the control arm, which is what you need to eliminate bump steer.

The only way to make it work with flipping them would be to raise your steering rack until the control arm and the steering arm are actually parallel.
