It sounds like It.. I would check them if there popping out the boot is more like the worn apart on the cv shaft then it time for a new one.
It doesn't increase with speed and it doesn't happen on a normal turn. Only when I hit the turn pretty hard. But it doesn't get any worse or any less worse than what you hear in the video.
I pulled the wheel off and there is grease all over the inner cv boot so I'm going to replace it anyways and see what happens
