has anyone installed this without the dust covers ?
i have also removed my abs system, will i need a reduction pressure valve for the rear disks or no? i have heard that it will not be necessary ...

More people run without the dust covers on the saturn swap i think. I dont have them on mine.
And no proportioning valve should be needed with or without abs

You can't do the Neon swap and have an e-brake without the covers. You can only cut them down.
What is a "reduction pressure valve"? Are you talking about a RESIDUAL pressure valve? You won't need one of those unless you plan on mounting your master cylinder below any of your brakes.
