can i get 2 inch lowering springs with stock struts? and can i get by without gear shims and aftermarket camber bolts on the front?

if you want to die, then go ahead and use stock struts. Also, you can get away from anything if your heart desires such.
you can only use cheap drop springs on stock strunts on a honda, on a chevy, you have to spend the money and do it right.... sorry....

If you lower your car that much on stock struts the ride will be bouncy, rock hard, and dangerous.
I have never used the springs you posted but I can guarantee they are crap just because of the words "speed daddy" and being 20 clams a corner.
