I bought a used set of konis and ground controls. One of the rear koni dampers are seized so id like to swap it with one of the ones currently on my car so I have the adjustment on all corners.

But I cant seem to get the ground control sleeve off the strut.

Is there a how to with pics of the assembly/dis-assembly of the ground controls and konis? Or at least tell me how they are supposed to come apart/go together...

the rear ground controls should just slide right off once you removed the strut mounts and the springs. use a rubber mallet and give it a few hits.

One day Ive been waiting for a sunny day but here in Vancouver...we get tons of rain!

I got them off but had to bash them off with a rubber mallet. now to decide what color to paint these things.

Thinking gunmetal.

nice... secrete im guessing? im all shush about it. but epic it will be. i say bronze or gold.. let them shine through and not blend in so much.

Thats the tough one..I kinda want it to be bright and a little showy...it is a cavie afterall.
