Just tried searching for the prothane sway bar end links, I couldn't find any info here or anywhere else I tried searching. Does Prothane not make them anymore? I can't find them on their website.

You can get universal bushings and washers at AutoZone following like 12 dollars. Moog sells a complete kit tho, not sure on a # but advanced auto usually has them on the shelf
