Looking to see how much drop was allowed without rubbing. Looking at Modified Motoring (M2). They claim a 2.0" drop all around. I didn't know if that was too much for it to rub.

My car was on Skunk2 coil overs that were so low it ruined Koni Reds. I had Zennetti Vega 215 35 18's no rubbing issue. Now I have 225 40 18 with Megan springs and kyb shocks n struts still no rub
Ok, thanks bro.

dont get those springs had a buddy get them and dropped the car roughly half an inch and was bouncy as hell.
why on earth would you drop a cav on 18s !
i had 18s with 35mm offset and a 1.5" drop on Gravana coilovers
My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
18" with 45mm offset here with bags
I have 18's with a pro-kit and AGX's and they stick like glue and look real good!
Whats up people?
i have 18x8.5 lowered on gc coilovers and koni yellows
im dropped on 18s .. 18 by 7.5 with a 35mm offset
lowered on d-specs and sportlines..
no rubbing till i spaced the rears.. fronts are fine
I'm on 18''s, with D-Specs and Sportlines. I don't remember the offset though.
18x8 45mm Offset Dropped 1.8 inch drop.No rubbing.

It might help anyone wondering about offset/fitment if you guys had your width listed.
hmm i think the tires were 225/40/18..they were Nex-O PX5s

this thread sucks no pictures all i'm seeing is people talking!!
18x7.5" - 225/40/18 - +45 offset
Lowered on Sprint Springs and Tokico D-specs
Springs are rated for 1.8" drop in the rear. and they sagged roughly down to 2" the but the springs are made for 96-02 Z24 when developed.. so anyone with a 2200 or eco will have problems with the back end looking like its lower. Mainly because it is with a lighter motor in the front the springs don't sag as much as supposed to. Some people like it, i hated it. rather the front be lower then the rear. Thats why if i ever lower the car again its getting coilovers. Didn't have any rubbing issues either.
