Hey guys,

I have a 2002 Cavalier Z24 and the parking brake doesn't grab at all. I assume it's just badly out of adjustment. I took the center console out and couldn't see where I could adjust it at the handle, how would I go about adjusting it at the back of the car? I'm afraid to park on steeper inclines without the brake working. Thanks for any help.

It should be adjusted at the rear shoes/drums.

you can adjust the cable in the center console you have to pull it apart and use the eccentric loosen the bolt and pull it tighter
