I know this is only a month later, but. . .
I attempted to buy a Vert bar from him, paid October 3, it took 3 days for him to say he had got the payment, but didn't ship it out right away, so I asked again when the bar was going to be shipped out. he responded with

this was about a week after I had pay-pal'ed the money to him. I responded with my email and didn't get any word back. I asked if he had my correct mailing address to my house, but again, no answer. about a week later, I ask if he has any shipping info for me to check on status of the shipping, his responce

at this point, I again kept to myself, thinking, OK, it'll be on it's way finally. turns out, I was wrong again. . .
I send a pm a week later, getting this as a reply

that has been the last pm I have received. . . that was October 26.
which brings me up to date. he hasn't been online since the second. . . sent him a PM on either the 29th or 30th, and allowed myself to have fun over the weekend and I've tried to keep it in the back of my mind until today when I looked under the hood of the car for the first time in a while.
I'm doubting I'll see the bar at all now. . . will be filing a dispute with pay-pal shortly.
any one have any info that could help this out?

Ya, hes had my throttle bodies for atleast 2-3 months.......
mined you have haven't shelled out any money yet, beacuse i haven't got a total, but still would be nice to get it back......
Just been really, really busy. Brad your bar did ship. I had another Canadian shipment I was waiting on processing at the same time as they take a long time to fill out. Its on its way though

Busy is good, but when your so busy your customer service is in the toliet maybe it's time to reevaluate how your running your business.

as soon as I go premi again, I'll edit this post, unless a mod can do it for me.
I have to step in and say this. I have only done buisness with Mark one time but since then he has helped me in every way I have asked him. He gave me a great deal on a great product and even after my dumb @$$ broke part of it he helped me replace the broken part at a reasonable price with fast prompt shipping. I just wanted to throw in my .02 cents for what it's worth.
I've never really had a problem with OEM and I am in Canada also. It takes a bit longer to ship stuff here.
