We loved out 12" kit using the Camaro SS calipers, but we also liked the way the Wilwood calipers looked. So we have come up with a kit using both. The kits will be available for around $700 shipped. Here are some pics. More pics and details tonight

That kit would look so sexy behind my wheels

might be a few issues with wilwood when/if they find out you are selling their products for a profit without some sort of backing from them. especially since they make a kit for these cars. im not saying im just saying.
Wow that is a good deal, I will just have to lower my price, and no Chris they can not come after me for this. I made my own bracket and just used there calipers. Their kit looks to be around 900 shipped, so if I price mine at 575- 650 that should be a good discount. I will come out with rears very soon.

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
looks good mark!
evofire does got a ww rear kit w/ working ebrake. only one known to be out iirc.
Familiar Taste of Poison.
Evofire DOES have the only all wilwood rear kit. And wilwood won't sell another kit or even the same parts for it. Mark will have to use different parts and/or modify existing parts to make a full wilwood kit.
man i am so down for a group buy on this..... figure out how to do the rear conversion Mark!!!
...I am the BEST at what I do...
"I guess your right[BlueBoost]. Me and my slow car are failers."
you guys make me laugh....my wilwoods brakes are 100% functioning in everyway. ebrake works, and the whole 9 yards, and its all with stock gm jbody parts..
if this is ur guys thing, then cool. I know i would rather have the real thing or nothing.
I hope for your sake, your materials supplier doesn't make a "material mixup mistake" again - it could cost someone's life this time.
As for the ebay link posted, that does not seem to be the SRP rotor kit, it is the plain faced rotor. SRP rotor series (noted -D at the end of the part number) would be about $150 more.
Evofire, lol. Wilwood can't and won't have any issues with this. They sell their calipers alone in addition to kits, so you can do w/e the hell you want with them. There are MANY tuners out there (and even one for the Jbody in fact) that make adapter plates, kits, and rotor setups using their products. If Wilwood exclusively did not sell any items to the public and was very tight on their distributing, then that would be something different. Wilwood is here to make money, and that's by selling it to you by the piece or by the kit, and you figuring out how to put it together.
And for the people who want a rear disc conversion because it was "never made" - I designed it already, and a whole 2-4 people were actually only "interested" in it, so off in the trash the idea went. If you're not willing to spend the $, which many Jbody owners are too cheap to, then that's why there's not many high dollar items for the Jbody. In this case, the rear parking combo caliper is more expensive than the cheaper "dynalite" caliper used in this new front kit. It'd be too expensive to use a dynalite in the rear and come up with a drum setup or adapt one from another car.
The dynalite caliper is probably the most "budget" caliper that Wilwood sells - but still works very very well, and most of the cheaper Wilwood kits (whether by Wilwood or by tuner shops) use these calipers. Its the only way to keep the prices down and still have a significant braking improvement.

i would be interested in rear kit if it was 10". i dont want same sized brakes front and rear...
Familiar Taste of Poison.
Oh I like this. And its reasonably priced if I wasn't getting ready to move across the country I would hop on this.
Yes this will keep the factory 5x100. The price will range from $600-$650. This is for the fronts, rears are not yet ready as the caliper cost is very high. The rear kit will be around 10".

I really like this.
Think I might be ordering around winter
Really decent price too, Are you able to make them cheaper by using some of the cheaper wilwood calipers?
