I hit a pothole the other day and I'm worried.....my car is making a noise from that wheel but only when I am in reverse and move the wheel all the way to the right....

Clunk, clunk, clunk? Might be the CV joint. Hard to diagnose noises over the internet though
Notice any difference is handling? Strut could also be damaged. But do check your cv too.
brought it to the mechanics....they popped the wheels.....said they couldn't find anything.....they think it was just the inner plastic cover in the wheel well...

If it was only when you turned it a particular way, it COULD be a wheel bearing. Whic is cheap and very easy to do it yourself.
