Ok... I bought a used air ride setup off of a friend. I have air cylinders for the back and air ride technologies shockwaves in the front. The problem is, one of the front shockwaves has a slit in the bag. Is there anyway you can actually just patch a bag or will I have to replace the bag? I called air ride technologies and they want $400 to replace the bag... and thats more than I would want to have to pay just to get a single bag replaced. I would like to have bolt on in the front fairly cheap... any help is appriciated. Thanks.

DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR AN AIR BAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay the cost, and do it right.
Buy a new bag, you know it is your life that you are flirting with.
FOR SALE
buy a new bag or how much do the new struts cost.
You can buy just the bag, and it's under $100, i'll see if i can find the emails from where i got one quoted where i blew one of mine. I ended up finding to used struts with bags for $150 so i didn't go the route of the new bag.
where is the cheapest place to get the struts from that you guys are talking about? I have cylinders all around and would like bags in the front.
Contact Jason at a+performance and he will get you the best deal on a front easystreet setup.
Well, my front strut says air ride on it, but the actual bag says Firestone Airstroke Actuator. So could I just replace it myself with a Firestone bag? Thanks for the help.

Call up or email ART and see if they says its possible to disassemble the strutbag yourself. If not then contact Jason at A+ and/or Suicidedoors.com, they both carry the Airlift Easystreet strutbags.

the ART struts do allow you to replace the bag, and you can get new bags at places like suicidedoors.com, or lors of other places.
So would I just replace it with a Firestone bag? Any kind of bag? Because I cant find any bags that say "Firestone Airstroke Actuator" Also, will the bag just unbolt, pull out and then put the new bag in bolt it in, and its done? I know some companies have some kind of crimps in there I think? Thanks guys, your a big help.

I would get MATCHING bags, if you cant find the same thing that is on there, get a pair.
And yes, they "unbolt" from the strut, i believe there is a ring that the bolts go through that make the seal.
