Ok i order my strut bars . just received them one bar is longer then the other is this correct??? Wanna make sure so i can send them back if i have to.

yes it is. i believe the rear bar is the short one
Did you order 95-05 cav ones.? I know my rear one was a little long but that was because i just had to turn the ends a little (treaded part) till they lined up for me to bolt them too the holes on the strut towers on each end.

I ordered a cheap pair from ebay. Does anyone have these on their cavalier or sunfire?? they were like 35 bucks for both. Do they really make that much diffrence?? My buddy has civic hatch and he bought the cheapo strut bars from ebay and he said it helps with body lean/roll when corner at moderate to high speeds.

LOL i did so deal with it.
the ebay bars will do just fine. just make sure you TIGHTEN THEM UP. and i dont only mean the steel brackets that bolt to the strut towers. you need to turn the bar so it actually pulls the towers and tightens itself up. then just run the jamb nut down and it will never move. and will provide a nice upgrade to the suspension feel as well as rigidity.
the rear one indeed is shorter but the steel plate brackets are completely different looking. the fronts will be a circle. thats the easiest way to tell them apart.
any 3rd generation j-body strut tower brace will bolt on any year 3rd generation j-body. 95-05.
