i read through alot of post and reviews last night about coil overs and lowering springs. i did not come across anything about Canuck Motorsports lowering springs. if someone knows anything about them could you please let me know. thank you.
they wouldnt be my first choice but they also arent the worse
thanks for the info i must of missed that post last night. two more questions i can't seem to find the answer for. what causes struts to blow out? is it the amount of drop or the spring rates? and what would be a decent spring rate to go with for normal city driving? thanks for all the help guys.

struts can blow if they are miss used (like doing a drop on stock struts) or if they just get old and @!#$ty.

a) Springs that lower too much for a strut will give it less distance to do it's job, and keep it continually partially compressed position.
b) Springs with too great a spring rate will "force" the strut through its return motion faster than intended.
c) Abuse
d) Age
e) Defects
