Alright this is getting to me ive searched and read posts dealing with this and all the tips but its not coming out
everything is loose i have the wheels turned in the opposite direction ive try prying banging trying to get that front horizontal bushing out its loose i can slide it back and forth it wont come out the rear vertical bushing is shot the rubber has separated from the metal sleeve its in the center core on that bushing has slid back and is binding i dont know would this make a diffence in removing the control arm
any tips tricks or advise would be much appreciated thanks
take your balls out of your purse and then pry and pull harder.
there's no magic trick
BIG ASS pry bar will do the trick. Oh, and grease. Thats what I did.

Pry bar between the CA and the subframe and pull... it will come.

i ended up pulling it out with come along winch anchored by a pickup truck

at first glance all I saw was pull it out and pick up truck
immediatly got a picture in my head of a cavi on scissor jacks and a chain wrapped around the control arm and the trucks rear bumper and that truck just revving up
with alot of the people on this board, such a thing would not suprise me
