Rear bags instead of air struts

Those that have welded perches to mount regular bellows bags, what have you used to replace the strut? Are you going without? Any bouncing problems or wiered sway problems without the strut support points? Post pics if you got 'em. thanks

yes lots of bouncing with out struts and your best bet is to get a set of shocks and weld upper mounts in and just use the stock lowers. thats what i was gonna do with some kyb gr2's that come with the SD back half.

i would assume suicide doors (air ride company)

yes, SD = suicide doors.

I am suprised they used GR-2's. but what yellow22 said sounds like your best bet for stability.

thats great, i was going to do something like that before i got the strut setup, but i got a good deal on the rears so i went that route. Looking for better lift and ride at a decent height. Seems like I have to have the back low to get a decent ride from them. Tripple stack bags might be cool to get stupid lift with.
