Looks like a house-brand, so they'd likely be some cheap unmarked garbage. Quality could be good, but it's a gamble -- and "brakes" and "gamble" don't belong together.

That said, I'm a hypocrite and bought my SS lines on eBay. They were from a different seller, and of indeterminate origin. They've been fine, but I would get a name brand if I did it again.
