I have a question, I have KYB AGX's, with B&G springs (red ones) and for some reason I have this rediculous clunking noise in the front struts. Everything time I go over a bump it feels like I have no strut boot or anything.
My question is there a simple Diagnosis for this? I checked both frontal struts and nothing looks out of place, I also have the suspension professionally installed.
Also my drop is right around if not a hair lower than KYB's 1.5 drop limit.
I know it could be a thousand things, but has anyone on here with a bit more knowledge than me have any idea's?
Thanks again in advance, I really appreciate all the help i recieved from the site, your good group of fella's.
" Aint nothin' but a Peanut!"
The springs clang on each other. "Normal" for b+g springs
Okay thats good to know I was thinking of buying a set of sportlines becuase these rattle like hell lol

my Pro Kit does the same thing in front and rear. brand new factory mounts all around. Could that be the problem for me? Do i need aftermarket mounts?
Well I'm passed the drop with sportlines...
No clunking for me. 2000 mounts will be about 1/4-1/2" lower drop in the front if you swap mounts. The 95-99 have the bearings you can replace instead of buying all new mounts
have an 01 GT. I always wondered why it looked a bit lower then some other people's that have the same set-up (KYB AGX - ProKit)
With B&g springs it seems my car sits gigher in the back, like an ununiform drop.

Here is my drop with KYB AGX's with Sportlines... 2000 Mounts up front for a lower drop, and car is a 2000 to start with. My 95Z with the Sportlines is about 1/2" higher in the front cause of the 95-99 mounts up front. I hope this helps you pick new springs to stop rattling. They can be hard on your mounts, but the drop is great. BTW I'm at like a 10 deg angle going down hill with this pic if you can't tell.
