Where to buy XRP?
Wednesday, March 26, 2008 1:44 PM
Hey guys, I'm looking into doing the rear disc conversion, I've got the machined brackets etc etc etc.. problem I'm running into is for the XRP/Wilwood parts I need which are these...

(6) 981803
(6) 981903
(4) 981603
(2) 981503
(2) 630036
(2) 402833
(2) Wilwood 2psi RPVs PN: 260-1874

I found a place online that deals with them... but wanted to know if any of our sponsors/people I can trust do? I didn't see anything on TTR.

Thanks in advance guys!

you really dont need much any of that.

Use this list:

(2) 630036 - 36" rear SS lines
(2) 630012 or 15 - 12" or 15" front lines (optional)
(2) 402833 - 7/16"-24 crush to -3AN pipe fittings (for the rea calipers)
(4) 410003 - M10x1.0 to -3AN concave fittings for the factory lines to SS lines (no need to flare with these) (2 req., 4 optional for front SS lines)
(2) 425033 - M10x1.5 Crush to -3AN (for the front calipers) optional

Well I wanted to use the RPVs because I'm worried about the brake drag? Do most of you guys just leave the stockers on or what?

none of us have had brake drag (it was mythbusted). 99% of ppl have left them there.

^Yeah I agree......I verified the force was present but never became a problem. No abnormal or premature wear, for a long time I pushed the RPVs as required and by now I'd say there close to a waste of money. I've installed about 8 kits, 2 with them and 6 without and you can't tell any appreciable difference in drag or wear.
